Death Toll Rises As Sandy Moves Away

More than 60 people are now dead from what was once Hurricane Sandy. More than 6 million homes and businesses in 17 states are without power. Power isn’t expected to be restored for several more days.
The storm is forecast to dump more rain across Pennsylvania and western New York state. It’s also expected to drop more snow on West Virginia.
