Research Triangle Public Transit…..Allowed To Drive On Shoulder I-40
Today is the day RTP will begin on the shoulder driving for buses in Durham County.
To reduce heavy traffic congestion The Research Triangle-area public transit system is being allowed to drive on the shoulder of the road to avoid traffic jams on I-40 and maintain bus schedules.
