The president of North Carolina's NAACP filed a lawsuit Wednesday against American Airlines after he said the company removed him from a flight because of his skin color, reports ABC News.

Saladin Muhammad, a retired worker, was the first of the Moral Monday protesters to stand trial and was found guilty of all charges.  Muhammad’s charges included tresspasing, failing to disperse & violating building rules at May 13th’s protest in Raleigh and was sentenced to pay a $100 fine after a 6 hour trial.
