Sesame Street has this great video, giving little black girls pride about their hair. They also mixed it with Willow Smith’s hit song “I Whip My Hair” and both videos are GREAT! Watch them with your daughters.
The bill, expected to be signed by the governor in coming weeks, will require existing hair braiders who have shown they have practiced their craft for at least two years to get a license for a fee.
