Virginia Governor Ralph Northam Wears Black Face In 1984 Medical School Year Book

People are asking  Governor Ralph Northam to explain his decision to wear a black face costume while in medical school. The picture was published in the  Virginia Military Institute undergraduate yearbook. Reporters have verified the the picture is authentic and Northam apologized but did not clarify why he took the photo. Read more in the link below.
