[VIDEO] 11 month old Scarlet Benjamin was born premature and developed a disease that impaired her hearing.
Doctors were able to fit her for a hearing aid at Atlanta Hearing Associates in Milledgeville, Georgia and she was able to hear her big sister voice for the first time.
Her laughter is wonderful!!!!
