According to WTOK a white pastor says he was voted out of the church when two of the deacons told him not to invite black children to their Vacation Bible School.
Pastor Jonathan Greer had served for 1 ½ as Pastor of Mt. Sterling Baptist Church, but was unanimously voted out by the congregation. One deacon denies the accusation saying Pastor Greer was fired for not going to visit members of the congregation.
