Shortly after 11pm last night Durham police were called to the Fast Food Mart at 2106 Broad Street where an apparent robbery and shooting had taken place.
Durham police are investigating the incident that left one man dead and another injured.
Both men that were shot were employees of the store. 57-year-old Jalal Nafez of Durham was found dead inside the store and a 48-year-old unidentifed man had gunshot wound to the leg. He was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
No suspects are in custody at this time.
