Troopers reported last night that 24 year old Joshua Watkins was driving under the influence when his vehicle lost control and crashed, pinning Watkins under the vehicle.
A Good Samaritan used a car jack to raise the SUV and got Watkins out. He was listed in stable condition at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center and charged with driving without a license, DWI, driving left of center, and not wearing a seatbelt.
