  1. Don’t Stress – Increase levels of certain hormones to retain fat around the belly.
  2. Take small bites – When eating take small bites and chew at least 20 times before swallowing. Eating too quickly causes gas in the stomach. (to be revealed in other places.)
  3. Quit Chewing Gum – When you chew gum you often swallow excess air which causes bloating in the mid-section.
  4. Stay Hydrated – Drink WATER….  When you become dehydrated you retain fluid around the stomach … staying hydrated prevents that.
  5. Answer Nature’s Call – When you gotta go – Go.  Waiting causes bloating.
  6. Eat More Yogurt – Helps you stay regular…. Reduces chances of bloating and constipation which makes your midsection appear rounder.
  7. Take Supplements – Both B-complex supplements and at least 1,000 milligrams of calcium D-glucarate reduces excess estrogen into the body, which causes us to retain fat around our bellies.
  8. Stand up Straight – Sitting and standing up straight tones the abdominal muscles, creating a leaner physique.
