A man was arrested and taken into custody for firing into an occupied vehicle during a road rage incident that killed a 4yr old girl in Albuquerque, NM.
Tony Torrez, 32, was charged with killing 4yr old Lilly Garcia who died from a gunshot wound to the head after a shooting along I-40.
