Former NC State men’s basketball coach Sidney Lowe is expected to make his way back to the courtroom Wednesday on state income tax evasion charges. Lowe was arrested in February and charged with three counts of willful failure to file a North Carolina tax return from 2009 to 2011, the last three years he coached the Wolfpack.
