Jekalyn Carr will perform at Unity In The Community Day Outdoor Music Festival. The festival honors our military and first responders and features national and local recording artists. The event takes place Saturday September 7th at the NC State Fairgrounds from 11 am to 6 pm. There will be free inflatable rides, face painting, child ID kits and more.

Jekalyn is a profound speaker and singer that has touched thousands at such a young age. Her passion for singing began at the early age of five. Her parents recognized that she was very gifted for her age. Her aspiration for singing and inspiring others grew deeper, by the age of nine, she was already appearing on platforms with people like Myron Butler, Micah Stampley, Shirley Caesar, Marvin Sapp, Vanessa Bell Armstrong and many others. Pastor Donnie McClurkin called her on stage and prophesied to her that she would travel around the world and it will be soon. Benny Hinn called her to the platform and spoke that she was God’s chosen to help lead and inspire many.
Jekalyn has spoken and sung in crowds of 17000 plus. Jekalyn have appeared on several national and international shows, such as being featured on the This Is Your Day with Pastor Benny Hinn on several occasions. Jekalyn Carr is impacting Billboard’s Top Gospel radio airplay charts with her hit single ‘Greater Is Coming’, the title track from her forthcoming album, which has the heart for the people. Greater Is Coming is a confirmation anthem for those
seeking to reach their spiritual destiny. Released on Arkansas-based Lunjeal Music Group record label. ‘Greater Is Coming’ speaks of the shaking, the beating and the pressing that we sometimes experience through life’s trials. Jekalyn’s heartfelt delivery resonates with audiences everywhere as she sings with conviction that “greater is coming” despite the distress, with incredible charisma and a powerful voice. Jekalyn knows every encounter that has happen in her life, it was all God and that’s why she remains humble and meek as she did at the age of five. Jekalyn strives to be steadfast today, as she has touched many, inspiring young and old to hold on to their visions and to pursue the promise that has been predestined for their life. .
