More People Expected To Travel For Memorial Day
According to AAA Carolinas more people are expected to hit the roads for the holiday than expected.
AAA estimates that 897,300 motorist will travel starting as early as Thursday. That is a 1.5% increase from last year.
Alot may have to do with the drop in gas prices. The current average price for regular unleaded is $3.43 in NC, 9th lowest in the country.
