Hundreds of people paying to drive along North Carolina’s only toll road were double billed during the month of January.
NC Quick Pass said since January 3, it has been double billing customers who had both an E-Z Pass and NC Quick Pass on their vehicle. They just discovered the problem late last week and now they need customers’ help to prevent it from happening again. Representatives with NC Quick Pass caught the issue early and are working to get the funds back to customers.
