The Pastor of Glorious Church in Raleigh and members are heading to the Raleigh City Council to defend what they call “making a joyful noise to the Lord.”
Neighbors have complained nearly 200 times in the past 7 years that the noise is too loud.
Last month police issued the church a citation for a noise violation.
Pastor Williams is appealing the citation and now the Raleigh City Council is getting involved, in hopes of reaching a compromise betweent the church and the community sorrounding it.
