The mother of Pastor Zachery Tims has put a restraining order on his autopsy but Representatives of New York are fighting the order.
On Friday the medical examiner’s office was ready to release the information on the cause of death of Pastor Zachery Tims, when legal action prevented them from doing so. Documentation showed that the order states that the information can not be released until a hearing next month.
The city feels this information is important to make available to the public. So in order for this information to stay closed the family must prove that there is a compelling reason to keep it disclosed.
