Sunday August 7, 2011 afternoon Drive personality Jerry Smith along with sponsors Joanna and Harvey Hicks of Sign of The Fish Christian Book Store presented Pastor R. Tiff McCarter of Greater Joy International Ministries of Durham a plaque and bible for being voted The Light 103.9 2011 July Pastor of the Month.
Hundreds of church members along with former Duke Basketball star Nolan Smith were in attendance for the presentation.
