The Light 103.9 partnered with Greater Joy International Ministries of Durham and gave away $6,000 worth of free gas to several hundred drivers Saturday morning.
Greater Joy International Ministries, located at 2000 Chapel Hill Road, in Durham is under the leadership of Pastor R. Tiff McCarter.
Drivers lined up outside the Lakewood BP, 218 W. Lakewood Ave., and Tri-Star Mobile, 2900 Chapel Hill Blvd in Durham for the free gas.
This was truly a blessing for the community.
