5 year old Shaniya Nicole Davis’ autopsy reveals our worst fears. We all remember clearly what we felt when we heard about the 5 year old that was reported missing from her home on Nov. 10th and was later found dead in a patch of woods with only a big black sweatshirt and her panties on. Now an autopsy has determined that she was sexually assaulted and that she died of asphyxiation. Mario Andrette McNeill, 29, has been charged with first-degree murder, first-degree rape of a child and first-degree kidnapping in the case. Police have characterized him as a family acquaintance. And her mother Antoinette Nicole Davis, 25, has been charged with human trafficking, felony child abuse–prostitution, filing a false police report and obstructing a police investigation.
