An envelope filled with white powder was addressed to Governor Beverly Purdue. Taking saftey precautions, NC State’s Capitol building was evacuated.
When the letter was opened, Governor Beverly Purdue was on another floor signing a bill. However, two people were in contact with the letter so they are receving medical attention.
The white powder has been sent to be examined, until then the big question is: Is this another anthrax attack?
