In an interesting turn of events two popular x’s that are known for being at each other’s throats have called a truce. Eddie Murphy held a birthday party for his daughter by Spice Girl Mel B. The bash was thrown at his Los Angeles home last week. Get this the party was all organized by Murphy’s ex-wife Nicole Mitchell, with whom he shares six children. That’s really big of Nicole to excuse her own feelings and do something sincere for these two who have often battled recklessly in court and via the media to attack each other.
“Eddie’s ex-wife Nicole helped them reconcile their issues,” a source told the New York Daily News. “Angel is Eddie’s youngest child, and Nicole wants her children to know her. That helped Eddie to come around and get past all the animosity he had towards Mel.” Mel, whose real name is Melanie Brown, attended the bash with her husband Stephen Belafonte, while another of Eddie’s former girlfriends, Shaun Robinson, was also present. So in conclusion this could have made for a super reality show called the X’s of Eddie Murphy.
