Hope Community Church in Raleigh missed church on yesterday to go out in the highways and byways to help others.  More than 2.500 people from the church too on several community service projects yesterday as a part of “Hands of Hope” service projects weekend.

The projects ranged from cleaning the grounds of a local High School to packing bags of personal hygiene products to send to the Hope for Haiti foundation.

The congregation also thought of people closer to home by writing thank-you notes to police officers and teachers in the Holly Springs area.
