A judge is holding a follow-up hearing in a dispute between a former aide to John Edwards and the candidate’s campaign mistress. Superior Court Judge Abraham Penn Jones has scheduled a hearing for 11 a.m. Tuesday in Hillsborough. Jones took control of a tape two weeks ago that purportedly shows Edwards in a sexual encounter with mistress Rielle Hunter. Jones has asked a computer forensics expert to examine Young’s computer that had copies of photos Hunter is seeking. Young recently wrote a tell-all book about Edwards’ affair with Hunter.
