Sasha Obama was noticeably absent during President Obama's final speech on Tuesday. According to reports, she was studying for an exam.

President Obama says his daughters, Sasha and Malia Obama, are “ready to get out of the nest. We don’t think they’re ready, but they certainly think they’re ready.”

President Obama reportedly had some words of wisdom for his daughters the morning after Trump’s win, according to a profile in the New Yorker.

The 17-year-old will not head directly to the university in Cambridge, Massachusetts after graduating from Sidwell Friends this spring, she “will take a gap year before beginning school,” reads the statement from the East Wing. Instead, she will enroll in the fall of 2017.

It's expected at this point that anything awesome the Obamas do, there's going to be trolls who feel the opposite.
