A water main break was reported this morning closing the inbound lanes of Capital Boulevard in Raleigh near Fairview Rd.
Inbound traffic will be diverted at Atlantic Avenue. Motorists should consider alternate routes.
Repaving operations are expected to be completed by 6 p.m. Tuesday, the city said Monday evening.
