WRAL Meterologist Mike Maze says it’s possible but the European and American weather models offer different predictions.
The European model indicates that there is just a 35 percent chance for the area to see even a dusting of snow, but the American model offers much greater odds. According to the American model, there is a 57 percent chance for at least a dusting.
