A Durham man and his family were returning home during the holiday when his security system alerted him that packages were left for him. When arrived at his home three hours later there were no packages on the doorstep.
When he checked the security video it showed a man talking on a cell phone picking up the package and walking away. The man quickly called and reported it to the police. The person seen in the video did not try to hide his face.
