Just moments ago it was announced that authorities arrested 21yr old Dylann Roof the suspect shooter of the Emanuel AME church massacre in Charleston, SC.
A citizen in Shelby, NC alerted officer to an unusual vehicle that match the description of the vehicle reported.
Roof killed 9 people at Emanuel AME church in Charleston, SC, he spent an hour in a prayer meeting then witnesses say he stood up and said he was there “to shoot black people.”
