The Uncle in Wake Forest has been charged in the death of his 12 year old nephew during their hunting trip.
30 year old Jason Matthews Parker was charged with involuntary manslaughter and also for obtaining a hunting license under false pretense and not taking the mandatory hunting education course.
12 year old James Lee Parker attended Phillips Middle School in Edgecombe County.
