Newly-elected Raleigh Mayor Makes Small Businesses Priority

Newly-elected Mayor Nancy McFarlane was sworn in at the Raleigh Convention Center Monday night. McFarlane served on the city council since 2007 and replaced longtime mayor Charles Meeker.
She said she intends to focus on helping small businesses.
