The highly anticipated amphitheater in downtown Raleigh is scheduled to open in early June. Raleigh officials signed the deal yesterday for the amphitheater that seats 5,000 and that has already booked 4 shows. The amphitheater is located across McDowell St. from the Raleigh Convention Center – it will also host local events as well.
