Attorneys for one of the two men accused of killing Eve Carson, the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill’s student body president, want the federal trial moved out of North Carolina. A hearing will be held sometime today in Winston-Salem to discuss how a potential jury would be screened. The issue of moving the trial somewhere else is also expected to be discussed, because defense attorneys say extensive media coverage has tainted possible jurors.
