Dr. Shelton Jefferies, was named the Nash-Rocky Mount School District superintendent on Monday after months of searching. Dr. Jefferies, previously worked for the Charlotte-Mecklenburg School District and served as assistant superintendent of auxiliary services with the Union County School District.
