Oxford, Henderson and Franklin Counties are being advised to conserve water after the pump at the Kerr Lake Regional Water Plant began having difficulties on Monday.
The director of the Kerr Lake Regional Water System said that the computer that controls the high pressure pump malfunctioned, so the pump that takes water to the overhead storage and into people’s homes isn’t working.
