One of University of North Carolina’s break out stars from last season returns to practice Friday after an off-season filled with trouble. P.J. Hairston issued an apology Friday at Carolina Basketball Media Day. He had numerous run ins with authorities recently. He was cited for speeding and reckless driving in July and pulled over twice while driving a rental car linked to a felon.
