Shooter Indicted In Trooper Case

23-year-old Mikel Edward Brady II was indicted yesterday on charges that he shot a state trooper last month. Investigators said that Brady shot Trooper Michael Potts on Feb. 18 during a routine traffic stop in Durham.
Brady now faces charges of attempted murder, assault with a deadly weapon, and assault with a firearm on a law enforcement officer.
