17-year-old Je’Michael Malloy admitted to an argument with Locklear on March 11, which turned violent and ended with Malloy chocking Locklear to death. Malloy’s friend, 18 year old Dominic Lock then helped him toss her body over a bridge into the South river. Malloy is charged with second-degree murder, and Lock is charged with conspiracy for helping transport the body.
