Union workers at Fayetteville’s Goodyear plant are learning details on their proposed new contract. The tentative contract must be approved by union members which is why two informational meetings on the terms have been set for this week.
The first was held Monday at Pine Forest Middle School in Fayetteville just down the road from the plant. The company and Union Reps reached an agreement in July which avoided a strike. Union members at the Monday meeting say the terms are satisfactory.
