Durham City leaders, along with American Tobacco Trail watch volunteers, are kicking off a new season and a new chapter for the path.
As you may remember traffic on the American Tobacco Trail slowed down a bit last year after a series of assaults took place. With added security on the trail city officials are looking forward to a safer season.
