Abeni El-Amin, has been in the fitness industry for over 20 years. Abeni has certifications by Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA) as an Examiner, Group Fitness Instructor, Kickboxing Instructor and Practical Pilates Instructor. She is certified as a Personal Trainer through Interactive Fitness Trainers of America (IFTA). She is a Zumba, Group Power, Silver Sneakers: MSROM (1) & Cardio Circuit (2), Turbokick, FitTour Master Yoga Instructor: Primary, Nutrition, Yoga, Advanced Yoga, & IDEA Instructor.
Carbon Core Fitness is a mission and passion for me. In the future, I hope to bridge the gap in public policy whereas policy makers legislatively propose fitness into existing health policy so that fitness and health become preventive medicine. Within this paradigm funding passed through federal, state, and local governments would allow for education and community-based programs to be developed so that American people regardless of income can realize a more healthy state of wellness.
