Wake County school officials are considering how to prevent another accident like the one Wednesday that claimed the life of 18-year-old Jorge Chavarria. Officials say the Fuquay-Varina High School junior stepped in front of a car driven by 51-year-old Bob Lee, a teacher at the high school.
Police say they’re conducting interviews and examining evidence. So far, no charges have been filed.
