US-64 westbound near Kelly Road in Apex is closed due to an overturned dump truck. Whatever the dump truck was hauling has spilled onto the road. The accident happened just before 11:30 a.m. this morning. NCDOT crews the road should reopen around 2:30 p.m. SOURCE: abc11.comÂ
