  Early Sunday morning a shooting occured around 11 a.m., at the Grand Arbor Reserve apartment complex in Raleigh, Nc. 22 year old Antonio Rasco, was shot and taken to Rex Healthcare with non threatening injuries. Police are charging Micheal Connor with attempted murder. Authorities are believing this incident was due to a domestic dispute.
