One of the Triangle’s oldest malls is facing the possibility of foreclosure. After years of trying to reinvent its self reports say investors are now moving toward foreclosing the mall. If certain things don’t happen it could be as early as December.
Last year Duke University purchased the old Macy’s store with plans to open clinics in the retail space.
