Hey it’s Melissa Wade…. and ladies as we get older our faces develop more fine lines and wrinkles, we get more circles around our eyes and our neck does this “loosen skin” thing. So I ran across some articles that show us how to do facial yoga … yes exercises for our faces. These exercises are know to be done by starts like Jennifer Aniston and our newest princess Meghan Markle.
Some who have tried them say they can make you look 3 years younger!!!
