WNCN reported that according to police the charges for North Carolina teenager Christopher Jashon Spruill of Williamston has been upgraded from assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill inflicting serious injury to murder.
The charges were upgraded to murder when the victim George Willis Hinton died. The shooting took place in Raleigh on April 19th.
