Frank Clark was the man that was shot and killed by Durham police yesterday as identified by family. The story was breaking news yesterday and now the family has identified Frank Clark also known as Scooterbug as being the victim of the shooting.
Police Chief CJ Davis said in a news conference that the officers saw the man “make a sudden movement” toward the waistband of his pants. After that, there was a struggle between the man and the officers.
The family says that Clark is a father of 4 girls and was visiting with family when he was stopped.
