During the trial of the UNC-CH student Chandler Kania, accused of killing 3 people in a wrong way drunk driving crash a juror fell asleep and stayed sleep for 25 minutes during testimony.
Superior Court Judge Henry High took a brief pause to dismiss the juror who was replaced by an alternate juror.
Sounds like that juror figured out how to get out of jury duty.
