The North Carolina Central University men’s basketball team showed its support for Chancellor Debra Saunders-White on Monday night, wearing white warm-up shirts honoring the school leader, who is fighting kidney cancer.
It was a great game as the Eagle fought back from behind to almost clinch Hampton, but loss 80-79. However the game had a much bigger goal and that was to support the University’s leader.
